Importance of Anonymity
Your privacy and anonymity are sacred to us. Each user is identified only by a randomly generated Anonymous ID. We do not display or share personal identifiers such as names, emails, or profile pictures. This structure allows every soul to speak freely, fostering openness, healing, and genuine understanding.3. Empowering Genuine Connections
AnonymousToc encourages meaningful, soul-based interaction — not popularity metrics. There are no public comments, likes, or followers, only space for honest reflection and quiet connection. This intentional design nurtures empathy, compassion, and peace in a digital age often ruled by noise.4. Support & Sustain Model
AnonymousToc is free to use. However, users may choose to Support & Sustain the platform as an offering of gratitude and solidarity — helping us maintain a safe, ad-free, and uplifting sanctuary for all.
Your contribution is not a payment for services, but an act of support that keeps this mission alive and accessible to everyone.5. Appropriate Use
To preserve the safety and sanctity of this space, you agree not to:

• Cover the costs of hosting, moderation, and developmentSupport & Sustain is completely optional. All core features of the platform remain available without a subscription.Payment Processing
• All subscriptions are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• AnonymousToc does not store or access your payment details.Subscription Terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.5.How We Protect Your Information
We apply strong technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:
• Encrypted authentication and communication
• Limited, role-based access to internal systems

Welcome to AnonymousToc. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and AnonymousToc (“we”, “our”, or “us”).1. Purpose and Spirit of Use
• AnonymousToc is a sanctuary for authentic expression, a space for reflection, healing, and connection without judgment or identity pressure.
By using the platform, you agree to engage with mindfulness, respect, and compassion toward yourself and others.
• You agree not to use AnonymousToc to post or distribute content that is harmful, violent, hateful, abusive, illegal, or violates the dignity and safety of others.
We reserve the right to moderate, review, or remove any content that violates these terms or disrupts the peaceful environment of the community.
• Users who misuse the platform may be suspended or permanently removed at our discretion.2. Age Requirement
• You must be at least 18+ years old to use AnonymousToc.
• By using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.3. Account and Content
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, post, or share on AnonymousToc.
• While we do not claim ownership of your content, by posting within the app, you grant AnonymousToc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, moderating, and maintaining the platform.
• We do not share, sell, or monetize user content. AnonymousToc is not liable for any content posted by users.
• AnonymousToc uses a combination of automated checks and human moderation to filter objectionable content.4. Audio and Reflection Features
• AnonymousToc includes audio experiences, including meditative melodies and reflective soundscapes, designed to support inner peace.
By using these features, you acknowledge that some audio may continue to play when the app is minimized or running in the background.
• You may disable audio playback at any time through your device or in-app settings.5. Support & Sustain Contributions
AnonymousToc is free to all users. However, users may choose to subscribe to Support & Sustain as a way to help maintain and grow the sanctuary.Your support helps maintain the safety, integrity, and growth of this space — covering costs such as hosting, moderation, feature development, and community care.• Support & Sustain subscriptions are optional and not required to access the platform.
• Payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
•Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store and are subject to their refund policies.6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or emotional outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Use of AnonymousToc is voluntary and at your own discretion.10. Microphone and Voice Feature
• AnonymousToc includes features that allow users to record and share anonymous voice reflections.
By granting microphone permission, you agree that the app may access your device’s microphone only while you are actively using voice features such as recording or previewing.
•We do not record, store, or access your audio without your direct consent.
All voice notes are anonymized and processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.11. Prayer and Reflection Request
• AnonymousToc offers an optional feature called “Request a Prayer” a space where users can request compassionate thoughts, meditations, or words of support.
This feature is universal and inclusive, open to all beliefs, and not affiliated with any specific religion or doctrine.
• It exists solely to encourage kindness, empathy, and communal support among users.

AnonymousToc strictly prohibits any content involving:

• Any content that sexualizes or harms children
• Any user found engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.2. Reporting & Moderation
